Forum post menu's moved

Just an update guys, the menu "View unanswered posts • View unread posts • View new posts • View active topics" has been moved a couple of lines higher than you're used to seeing it.

This is because I have now put the code in a different file and these menu options are accessible from ANY page now, not just the forum main page.

I hope this will be as useful to some of you as it will be for me

If you notice something's not right on a page with the menu please let me know and I'll get it fixed.
