Use a different browser. There should be a scroll bar in that box that looks like it isnt supported by that browser.

Just tried on my phone... Can use my finger to drag the box with the text. If this is causing issues for everyone I'll work on editing it onto a new page that's all visible.

IE sorted problem. Google Chrome on my smartphone hasn't support this boxes.

Tried on chrome on mine and it just doesnt show that its scrollable, still worked by using your finger to move the box though
