Thanks for that

No, I haven't called them yet but will see what they say today. Would be good to get it fully fixed at no charge.

I got my boot struts done 2 weeks ago. Waiting for the seat frame parts to arrive as they're on back order. All this after I've paid to have my seat welded twice

You can check here if your car has outstanding recalls but it won't tell you which, you'll have to ring your local Mazda to get that info and get your car booked in for a free repair :)

Apparently with the seats they replace any missing push nuts and they put a new bracket in which stops them from coming off again. Hopefully no more wobbly seats!
Quick update on the seat recall. I was informed that my seat was too badly affected to be driven safety. After being given a sales reps car for a few days,I'm now driving round in a Nissan X Trail, being paid for for my Mazda Oldham. Was told it will probably be the end of October before I get Mazda 6 back

Had my 2011 ts2 estate boot struts replaced but they failed to mention the seats. I've paid several times to have them fixed. However, whilst I was at the dealer having the struts sorted I accidentally bought a new Mazda 6 Tourer. Ha ha! No more seat worries.

How's everyone getting on the seat recall, Mazda Oldham have had mine since 22 September. Phoned them up yesterday, apperently it's going to be at least another month. Anyone else having such a long wait

2 months to fix the seats? That's ridiculous! I hope you've got one of their cars if they've got yours in the garage? Or are they waiting for the parts before they take it in?
